| Guarantee/Returns |
| | We pride ourselves in offering great gifts and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized, twilight favors or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the favors for your most special day or we refuse to accept your money!
If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@E-WeddingFavors.com or call us at 1-888-81-FAVOR (32867) within 7 days of the date that you receive your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. For your protection, we suggest our customers use a shipping company that tracks your package, such as UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package will guarantee your return gets handled safely. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center. In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren't theirs. When the error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and/or less a 25% restocking fee. Returns that are received in excess of 7 days from the original UPS delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery, shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that not all returns will be accepted for credit; this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Again, the "No Re-stocking Fee" offer applies only to returns or exchanges received by us within 7 days of the actual UPS delivery date. Any violation of the above condition voids the ?No Restocking Fee? offer. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, calculated from the UPS delivery date. |
| Cancellation and Refused Shipments |
| | If you must cancel your order, please contact us via telephone (1-888-81-FAVOR (32867)). We cannot guarantee that order cancellations made via email will be caught and cancelled in time. Telephoning us will ensure that the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments. After hours instructions can be left on our voice mail and we will contact you via phone the following day concerning your cancellation. Shipping charges may apply. Any personalized or edible items cannot be refunded once it has been shipped or personalized. Any orders refused acceptance for delivery by customer without prior written notification will be subjected to 25% restocking fee. All cancelled orders must have written confirmation via email that the order has been cancelled. Customer may be charged a $25.00 additional handling fee for any refused or undeliverable shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form which must be reshipped. Any shipment that needs to be reshipped will be charged for shipping again as it applies to the original order. |

| | Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed unless otherwise specified. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time of shipping the product. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in more than one shipment. | Back Ordered Merchandise |
| | On back ordered merchandise, we will follow our normal procedure of processing and billing your credit card or other forms of payment. However, we will also notify you via email or telephone regarding when the expectant date that the merchandise will be taken off of back order and when you should expect for your shipment to ship. The expectant date of the merchandise may change, but you will be notified via email or telephone. Please insert your "Event Date" or date you need the product by so that we may know the urgency of your order. |
| Shipping |
| | E-Wedding Favors uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We've found that UPS provides the best reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. For orders to be shipped to Canada, customers must call our Customer Service department at 1-888-81-FAVOR (32867) to receive a shipping quote.
For all international shipments, including Canada, we will email you with the shipping cost quote. We ask that you review the quote and specifically approve the costs prior to processing for shipment. |
| How do I check the status of my order? |
| | Track from the UPS website with your UPS tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location or you may call one of our Customer Service department at 1-888-81-FAVOR (32867) for tracking information over the phone. |
| Do you have a minimum order requirement? |
| | E-Wedding Favors has no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. |
| Do you offer samples? |
| | You can order most of our favors in quantities of one with the exception of personalized, edible or items sold in a set. You will be charged the unit price of the product sample(s) plus shipping and handling. Once you place your final order with one of our customer-care representatives, you will be refunded your original shipping cost. |
| Free Shipping |
| | We will be glad to pay for your shipping charges on your orders over $500, as well as guarantee you the lowest price on your purchase. When your order exceeds the amount of $500 at checkout, you will automatically qualify for free shipping for your UPS Ground orders. Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $500 to be shipped by UPS ground only in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii is excluded from this free ground shipping promotion. One per physical address only.
Free shipping discount will be reflected in the final checkout summary. Offer cannot be applied to previous or pending purchases. There will be no price adjustments on previous purchases.
Normal processing time will apply. Rush orders are not included for this promotion.
When a customer orders an item and receives the free shipping promotion, any or all items returned will be subjected to the original shipping charge; therefore the shipping portion will be charged to the customer minus the items being returned. Customers must still pay for any return shipping when applicable.
Orders that receive free shipping due to any Free Ship promotions may get charged for shipping charges if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase which causes total sales amount to fall below the required free ship rate ($500).
E-Wedding Favors reserves the right to deduct any portion of the Free Shipping charge that is going to be charged back to customer against the returned item. Therefore, refunded amount for returned item may not result in any actual refund if item is less than the standard rate for shipping and handling for the total re-adjusted amount of purchase.

| No Minimum Order Requirement! |
| | E-Wedding Favors has no minimum order requirement for most of our favors. Feel free to order a sampler -- and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you select the perfect favor for your wedding! When ordering a sample, when placing your larger order with us, we will reimburse you for your shipping on the sample. Please specify in the comment box when placing your larger order that you had previously placed a sample order and a new total will be sent via email minus your sample order shipping cost. |
